3. Data Security, Encryption and Separation

The security of your financial and personal data is our top priority. All files are transferred securely under an encrypted protocol (HTTPS/SSL) and stored encrypted (Encryption at Rest). The system is built with a strict architecture that ensures complete data separation — there is no possibility that one user can access or be exposed to another user's data or files. Inboxer acts as a secure pass-through channel for transferring documents to your accountant.

4. Use of Google and Microsoft Services

When connecting a Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive account, the app requests permission to access your folders and files solely to sync and upload your client documents to your chosen cloud. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google Drive or OneDrive data for any other purpose, do not transfer it to third parties, and do not use it for advertising or model training. You can disconnect at any time.

5. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material change via a site update or by sending a message to the email address you provided.
